The luxury Cavalier prize home at the multi-award-winning Pacific Harbour development on Bribie Island will help realise someone's dream of owning a home by the water in one of Queensland's most prestigious and environmentally balanced developments.

The home is a custom-designed Sea Change version of Cavalier Homes' Hollywood 52 design, a two-storey, six-bedroom home featuring large covered decks, triple garage, and roof made from COLORBOND® steel.

Cavalier Homes national development manager Ken Beissel said the inspiration for the prize comes from Australian author Bernard Salt's book The Big Shift, which charts the trend of Australians leaving the bush and the suburbs for the beach.

Fifteen competition finalists have been selected from throughout Queensland to receive prize keys to try and open the $600,000 home at the final prize draw on Sunday, November 23, at Pacific Harbour.

The lucky finalist whose key opens the front door to the home wins the prize.

The home has a contemporary Queensland feel including the choice of COLORBOND® steel for the roof in the colour Surfmist.

COLORBOND® steel is just one of the environmentally friendly and thermally efficient products chosen to complete the Ultimate Sea Change prize home.
