Canberra builder has erected a display home that embodies even more
than his own company ' s high standards. The new display at 6 Wisteria Close, Jerrabomberra, is of particular significance to Ivan and Isabella Juric - it is their own home. Ivan Juric of Better Building Services has developed a formidable reputation in Canberra for applying better building practices and very high levels of workmanship to achieve the highest possible finish on all projects. Conceptually the new display home emulates the style of some of the world ' s greatest spa resorts, with signature Better Building Services touches including the roof made from COLORBOND® steel. " The choice of colour tones including creams, greens and aubergine, and the shape of the roof allows the house to look modest and elegant without appearing to be ostentatious. " The home ' s colour scheme echoes the gum trees and the colour of the local kangaroos that often graze on land nearby. Panoramic views embrace the Brindabella and Majura mountain ranges, Lake Burley Griffin and much of Canberra city. Ivan Juric wants the home to showcase the values and ideals of the company, the skills of local tradespeople and the flair of the company ' s designers to create exceptional quality.
